Sinreurlyours gives customers 30 days from delivery to begin an eligible return for any reason.
Ask for Return Instructions
Contact Support@Sinreurlyours.shop or 6159397035 and identify the order and product. For a standard preference return, keep the received item, set components, case, accessories, and reasonable proof of purchase available. Do not send merchandise until we provide the route and label.
Free Label and No Restocking Charge
We issue a free prepaid return label and cover eligible shipping costs, including a simple change of mind. We also cover return freight for merchandise that arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or missing an included component. A restocking fee is never charged.
Opened Personal-Care Products
Customized merchandise, clearance or Final Sale goods, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive products are not eligible for ordinary preference returns. Open sunscreen or comparable personal-care merchandise may fall within this hygiene exception. The exception cannot be used to deny a remedy for damage, defect, error, or incompleteness.
Exchanges and Problem Resolution
An exchange can be requested within 30 days and depends on stock. For damage, defects, a wrong product, or missing set contents, provide helpful details or images. We will arrange the suitable exchange, replacement, missing-item solution, or refund while bearing covered return freight.
Receive, Inspect, Refund
The default return address is 99 Court St, Augusta ME 04330, United States. Once we receive and inspect the authorized return, we notify you and send any approved refund to the original payment method. The account generally reflects it within 5–10 business days after issuance.
Stop an Order Before Shipment
Contact customer care promptly. Cancellation is available before the parcel ships. After shipment, the return process applies.
