Terms of Service
Effective date: August 16, 2026
Shopping with Sinreurlyours is subject to these Terms. They cover the use of our storefront and transactions involving mineral sunscreen, cases, gift sets, bundles, and related personal-care accessories.
Before You Purchase
You must be capable of making a binding purchase and must give accurate identity, billing, payment, and United States shipping information. Review product directions, ingredients, warnings, quantities, and set contents shown on each listing.
Prohibited Store Activity
Do not use the storefront to violate law, infringe another party’s rights, introduce malicious code, evade security, impersonate anyone, interfere with service, or obtain information through abusive automation. We may restrict conduct that presents risk.
Descriptions, Display, and Availability
We seek accurate images, colors, product quantities, case details, bundle components, and available instructions. Screen presentation can differ. An item remains subject to inventory and order acceptance; mistakes and reasonable quantity limits may be corrected.
USD Orders and Applicable Taxes
Prices and charges are processed in USD. Sales or other taxes are collected where applicable law requires, so we do not promise that every destination is always tax-free.
Why an Order Could Be Declined
Inventory shortage, payment refusal, suspected fraud, an inaccurate price, a delivery restriction, or a legal obligation can cause rejection or cancellation. Any required return of captured funds will be processed.
Payment Consent
Submitting the order authorizes the final total. Checkout options are subject to actual enablement and provider or issuer approval.
U.S. Fulfillment
We deliver only within the United States and provide free standard shipping, regardless of subtotal. Processing takes 1–2 business days. Carrier transit then takes an additional 4–6 business days. We supply tracking. Orders submitted after 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), observing PST or PDT as applicable enter the next business day’s processing queue.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellation
A cancellation request can be honored before shipment. Eligible items may be returned for any reason within 30 days after delivery, with exchanges available. We pay eligible return shipping and issue a free prepaid label for preference returns and for damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete orders. We charge no restocking fee.
Hygiene and Other Change-of-Mind Limits
Customized merchandise, clearance or Final Sale products, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive items are excluded from ordinary preference returns. Sunscreen or other personal-care items may become hygiene-sensitive once opened. This exclusion does not reduce remedies for a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product.
Returned Payment
After an item is received and inspected, an approved refund goes to the original payment method. The issuer normally needs 5–10 business days after issuance to display it.
Store Materials and Liability Rules
Content and design are protected by intellectual-property law and cannot be commercially reused without permission. Third-party rights remain with their owners. To the extent law permits, implied warranties and indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses may be limited; mandatory consumer rights and non-waivable liability remain.
Applicable Law and Amendments
These Terms operate under applicable United States law without displacing mandatory protections. Revised Terms apply prospectively once posted with a changed date.
