The Sinreurlyours delivery estimate is built from two separate clocks: store processing and carrier transit.
Eligible Delivery Territory
We deliver to the United States only.
What Standard Shipping Costs
Nothing: every United States order receives free standard shipping, and no minimum purchase threshold applies.
Store Processing Clock — 1–2 Business Days
We use this period to verify payment, confirm items and set contents, pack the order, and prepare carrier handoff. It normally lasts 1–2 business days and excludes shipping travel. The cutoff is 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), observing PST or PDT as applicable; later submissions begin the next business day. Weekends and applicable holidays are omitted.
Carrier Transit Clock — 4–6 Business Days
After handoff, standard carrier movement normally takes 4–6 business days. Add this to processing when estimating arrival. Weather, operational disruption, address issues, or unusual volume can create delays.
Tracking Updates
A tracking number is provided for the shipment. It may not show movement until the carrier posts an initial scan.
Wrong Address or Delivery Problem
